Kale chips, Keenwah quinoa clusters, nuts, dried fruit are the basics. I have a kitchen scale and will make snack bags with dried fruit and nuts for a sweet and salty treat. I also have some high quality dark chocolate squares that I will have maybe one a week.0

I have a cup that holds 16 oz so it makes me walk to the water cooler at least once every 1 1/2 hours...I always have gum, granola bars, some sort of fresh fruit and individual oatmeal packets to keep me out of the vending machines...

Pretty much just pouched tuna and individual packets of mustard I get from Subway for lunches along with some mini tootsie rolls and sucky things from a restaurant in the building where I work.
And I drink bottled water and refill the bottle from the water cooler when it gets empty.0 -

I keep almonds, tuna, bananas and small bags of ff popcorn in my desk. We have a microwave and fridge at the office, so I also keep fruit, string cheese, yogurt and whatever I happen to bring for lunch in the fridge.0

Trail Mix, Oatmeal... Loaf of Delightful 90 calorie bread, peanut butter and honey for toast.
We have a large Refrigerator in the break room so I keep a bag with some protein shakes, Greek yogurt cups, deli turkey, string cheese...0 -
32 oz water bottle that I fill up 3 times a day and reduced fat wheat thins. My boss is constantly giving out bite size chocolate so I have a little stash too.0

Tea, protein powder, peanut butter, olives, almonds and whatever random fruit I might bring on Mondays.0

Sweet tarts, granola bars, mints, wasabi explosion trail mix, smoked almonds and tea bags. Not the worlds best selection!0

I keep Teddy's crunchy peanut butter with flax seed. It's delicious. Almonds, protein bars, granola, honey, whole grain English Muffins and multigrain cheerios. If you have a fridge with a freezer... I keep milk, Greek yogurt, Laughing Cow Cheese, deli meat and tuna packs in the fridge. I keep a few frozen dinners, frozen vegetables, homemade turkey sausage egg patties and individually frozen servings of homemade cinnamon cranberry/apple steel cut oatmeal in the freezer.0

Party size bags of Doritos.0

Right now I have, 100 calorie packs of raw almonds, turkey jerky, dried blueberries, plain rice cakes and white chocolate raspberry Quest bars. It varies from week to week though.
I usually drink just water, but I do have some of the individual packets of Real Lemon, raspberry lemonade to add to my water.
I bring my lunch every day and it helps me to know that I have snacks available in my drawer so I am never tempted to hit the vending machines.0 -
Almonds, dried cherries and nuts, Balance bars, peanut butter .....0

I work from home - so just water - and I try and stay away from the kitchen except at meal time to avoid mindless munching.0

I used to keep snacks at my desk, just in case. But then I realized having the snacks there just made me want to snack. So now there's gum and a single Fiber One Cinnamon Coffee Cake bar, and that's only there because someone left a box in the kitchen that they didn't want, so I took one. I feel like this makes me more likely to stick with my pre-planned food, instead of deciding to have the granola bar instead of the (more filling, less chocolatey) yogurt.
Now, it's important to note that my building also has assorted vending machines, a convenience store, and a cafeteria, so I'm never going to starve here. But less access to quick snacks makes me snack less out of boredom and cravings.0 -
Nothing except water (and we have free coffee/tea available) and I pack a lunch.0
-
Candy. Bags and bags of candy. Individually wrapped, so I can have just a nip. What can I say? I works for me.0
-
Nothing. Well, I have an emergency can of tuna, but otherwise no snacks.0
-
Tea bags & oh yeah, more tea bags
Light hot chocolate mix, and sugar free cider mix
At least one can of soup
Popcorn kernels, butter flavored oil and popcorn seasoning (for the micro-pop bowl I store under my desk)
Gum & a Luna bar
Salt, pepper, celery salt and cinnamon
For the fridge: light salad dressing and light mayo. A bag of frozen veggies in the freezer.

Quest bars, fruit, greek yogurt, popcorn, a can of soup, packages of instant oatmeal0

Nothing. Daytime eating is not my Kryptonite. We have coffee and tea and water available, and a fridge with stuff in it like condiments, but 99% of the time, I bring my own lunch.0
