    How do you get your steps on your Garmin to show up on MyFitnessPal? I did the sync thing, but I'm seeing nothing new!

    I got my Garmin to sync with MFP but I walked 5000 steps and it showed on MFP I only burned 23 calories. What's with that?

    Becky if you go to your settings for MyFitnessPal and click on apps you can connect the Garmin app with this one
