Help!

I had my first daughter about 3 years ago I was a size 7-8 now I'm 20-22 I need help eating healthy and not over doing it during exercise I weight around 270 any suggestions?

    The first thing I started to do was reduce eating out and cooking more meals. I read up on portion sizes, and realized I was eating way too much! 4 times a week at least. I reduced my portion size, recommend weighing your food, and premade my meals (no more food trucks outside of my work area!) , so I wouldn't feel tempted to eat something I didn't make. I work out 3 times a week, and the days I am not working out I eat at 1300 calories. I still do eat foods that I enjoy (eating out once a week instead now), but I am sure to eat fewer calories the next day to help offset it. I eat back 50% of my exercise calories as well a little treat for myself. I hope this helps! but I do recommend seeing a doctor who can set a plan that works for you. Using the Myfitness pal goal is a good idea as well, but please remember to eat back some of your workout calories. The goal is being consistent I tried to lose weight a few years ago, and I was losing it but I ended up almost starving myself (was not eating back any workout calories). So I gained all my weight back plus some. I hope this helps! The TDEE method is pretty nice you might want to take a look at it!

    when i first tried to lose alot of weight I read the book by the biggest loser trainer bob harper he gives you the 'rules' to follow in order to break old bad habits and create some new ones. Carbs are the biggest thing you need to lose. White flour so things like pasta bread cakes and cookies etc. Use your carbs to get healthy grains and veggies and drink lots of water 2 glasses before every meal. good luck to you
