Okay, I'm in!
My goals:
Lose 5 pounds
Exercise everyday for (at least) one hour
Sleep (at least) 7.5 hours/night
5 fruits and vegetables/day
8 glasses of water/daily
Lower sugared and processed food intake to just a bite/day

My goals:
Lose 5 pounds.
Exercise 30 minutes 3-4 times a week.
Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
Drink 1 can of soda/sugary drink (maximum) a day (work my way to cutting it out).
Pack lunch 4 times a week.
Balance Protein, Carbohydrates and Fats within expected limits.
