Fast food :(

Wishing I wouldn't have ate Rally's today. On the treadmil once again.

    hey don't feel too bad, just make sure you make up for it later today. I have the same problem of wanting to eat yummy fat foods but just remember for everything you put in you have to put out. Also, make sure to lof whatever you ate on here so you can see how much it actually affects your fitness journey! Chip up buttercup :)

    If it makes you feel better, I had an In-n-Out cheeseburger with fries. =) It will be ok.

    There's nothing wrong with having some Rally's/Checkers. Give yourself a pat on the shoulder for having access to some delicious fast food that some can only dream of.

    Ohhh I miss Rally's! We don't have them where I live now.

    There's nothing wrong with indulging every so often. I had a day last week where I knew I was going to be especially active, so I went to Five Guys. The burger alone was close to 1,000 calories and the fries were another few hundred. I managed to end the day with some calories left in the bank, though!
