How to log JM Ripped in 30?

Hi,
I'm new here, and still trying to figure it all out.
Next week I'd like to start the Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30, but I'm curious how I should log that into my Exercise Diary. How do others log it? And what is the estimated calorie burn each workout?
Thanks for your help!

The calorie burn varies with every person and estimating a general caloric burn would be inaccurate and not helpful to you. Also, as you lose weight, the amount of calories you burn during workouts changes. The best thing to do is to purchase a heart rate monitor where you can program your age, weight, sex, height, etc...and let it calculate the calories you burn.
Good luck!0 -
Thanks! That helps.0
