I just started mfp about a week ago. It's saying that I need a little over 2000 cal a day. I barely reach 1300 on any given day. As of right now I'm almost 9000 cal. Under goal for the week. I work out 2-3 hours a day. I know we need gas in our tank to workout but I'm not hungry at all. Food is where I struggle. Even counting cal. And working out this week I feel like I'm in the same place as last week...any suggestions???

What is your goal?

Being able to feel satisfied without eating all your "allowance" isn't a bad thing :-). Working out 2-3 hours a day seems like a lot, depending on what you mean by working out. Would appear you have a good combo going for weight loss and conditioning; if anything overdoing it, but just not enough information...i.e. what you are eating? same place ...where did you start?...and ultimately what are your goals?0

2-3 hour per day workouts is nuts! Way too much Cortisol, and no time for rest/recovery. No workout should last beyond 45 mins - period. 20 mins max for HIIT Sprint 8 cardio.0

Currently 260 ish pounds. I go to zumba, body works (which is 30 min. Cardio and 30 min. Weights. On mon. Tues. Step(20 min. Weights at end),volleyball, zumba, volleyball. Then Wed. Body works class. Thur.step,volleyball,zumba,volleyball. Then bodyworks on friday. I'm eating cereal for breakfast lean cuisines for most lunch and dinners. And healthy snacks.but that fills me up. I have always had trouble with food. I went to a personal trainer for a whole year last year and didn't lose a pound or any inches because he said I'm eating poorly and not enough..but I cant just eat when I'm not hungry!0

I wrote up above. (Still trying to figure this out) I'm just looking to losing weight and eat better.0 -

I had similar problems when I started mfp. For me, I was underestimating how much I was eating and overestimating how much I burned off. Keep logging your food, and don't eat if you are not hungry, that's all any of us can do0
