At the moment I am generally eating one big meal at night, but I might have small snacks at other times if I need them.0

I eat four just because I've never heard that is better (it's always 3 or 6, or even 1, 2, 5 or 7 - never 4)0

Your choice. I eat 3 mainly. I also leave room for 2-3 snacks. Sometimes I'm hungry for them, otherwise I just eat them when my blood sugar is low.0

I eat breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner so 5. It works for me, and I also work in an office setting.0

Usually 3, no snacks. I enjoy eating filling meals.
How I divide up my calories completely depends on my hunger levels, if I'm going out to eat or my workout(s) for the day.
Some times I want a big breakfast and lighter lunch & dinner. Other days (like today) I'm saving up a lot of my calories for a meal out and will have a smaller lunch.0 -
I use to do 3 meals with snacks in between but ever since I got Invisalign my snacking has reduced to once a day or to none between meals. I still eat 3 meals a day but they are much bigger than before.0

I eat 3 meals a day with a few small snacks in between (fruit, yogurt, etc.), but It all depends what works for you!0

2 meals - either breakfast and dinner or lunch and dinner, depends if I wake up hungry or not. Sometimes I'll also have either a snack during the day or after dinner.
As long as I finish the day within my given daily calories... that's what matters for weight loss, not how many times a day I eat.0
