How can I get 3500 calories in a day I can't seem to eat that much solid food

Nuts and seeds, nut butters, avocado, using a good oil to stir fry or as a salad dressing, full fat milks, cheeses and yoghurt, eggs.... and any other calorie dense foods.0

You can add liquid calories (I like chocolate milk with whey).0 -
I take soy protein and also munch on nutrigrain bars and bananas.0

You don't need that much! Try 2500.0
