I have not tried them yet but yesterday on Amazon kindle free list, I found several low carb slow cooker books free by typing in the search:low carb recipe, show lowest to highest price. Hope that helps. You can get a free kindle reader to use on computers, even if you do not have a kindle device.0

Pepperoncini chicken is so easy to make & delicious!
1-2lbs chicken breasts, 1 packed Italian seasoning mix, 1 jar sliced pepperoncini
Put everything in the crockpot on low until chicken is thoroughly cooked then shred chicken & enjoy!0
