    Hey, yea I did mostly circuit training. 3-4 exercises back-to-back for 10-12 reps for each exercise. it gets the heart rate up and burns a LOT more calories than standard weight-training. 2 minutes rest then start the circuit over again (4 times).

    My diet is CLEAN (I ate pizza last night for the first time in 4 months). Lean fish, chicken, beef. 40-40-20 carb/protein/fat intake. I do not drink alcohol at all (it kills your body's ability to metabolize fat).
