You're upset because you don't feel like you're starving?

This is not something to be concerned about unless you're not eating enough. You said your goal is 1200 cal, are you getting that many in per day?
Also sometimes I find hunger and cravings can come in cycles. This week you're fine, next week you may be more hungry.

My hunger also comes and goes and I'm at 1200. If I eat 1100 for a week or two though, I usually get really hungry for a couple of days and way over eat my calories, so I stick to 1200 even if I don't feel like it some days. I eat back my exercise calories if it's intentional exercise, not casual.

    Thanks for Replying Dear,
I have got the same advice from other online friends,
So on days I don't feel that hungry I have started eating my fruits with Nutela Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
Or Adding more butter or Cheese to my food so I don't eat less then 1200 :):)
I am loosing around 50 grams each day and sometimes alternative days :)
    Thanks God Bless You

I didn't think I would ever be able to eat less and feel satisfied, but last night I ate what would have been a usual meal for me before I started back : bowl of soup, small piece of meat, veggies and salad and felt very, very full. So I think the tummy can shrink over time!

    Yes that could be true,
Thank You so much for sharing Dear,
so I think it's normal to feel less hungry, maybe our body becomes better in burning fat for energy and not carbohydrates so maybe that why we don't feel that much hunger, as when our body burn carbohydrates we get more insulin released and that why feel more hungry.
    :) God Bless You Dear

If you're getting enough calories, then I wouldn't worry about. Lots of things can cause variations in hunger patterns.

It's normal. As you lose weight, your body needs less food and, since you are eating healthier, you may be choosing foods that give your more nourishment, and it looks like you are including proteins and healthy amounts of fats, which will keep you feeling full longer. As long as you are still able to eat and feeling healthy, it's nothing to worry about.
