Great work! What did you do for abs? Outstanding!
Hey, I do ab circuits every other day usually at the end of my workout. I alternate with weighted ab exercises every other set. Focusing on my lower abs (hanging leg raises, captains chair, windshield wipers, swiss ball pull-ins). Upper abs I do a lot of weighted swiss ball crunches and ab wheel exercises.0 -

Mostly compound movements such as benchpress, pullups, squats, bentover rows, military press, weights dips, deadlifts (8-12 rep count). I paired those with shredding exercises at a lighter weight and higher rep (20-25 reps) of barbell curls, cable crossovers, pullovers, pushups, tricep extensions, etc.
