Snap! I am desperate to loose 20 lb by May 2016 as I don't want to be a fat bride! X

My turkey is 4 months and I still have 20 pounds of baby weight, plus 20 of not baby weight. With my last baby he was 2 before I lost anything. Keep at it, you will get there eventually.

are you breastfeeding ? some say it helps . it didn't with my first two . with my 4-month-old, i still have a stubborn 5 pounds to lose, but i've gone down 37 pounds . i find drinking heaps of water helps - i drink a minimum of 4L a day, but i've always been a big water drinker . and i cut back on a lot of my carbs . but that's to do with my oversupply of breastmilk rather than trying to lose weight .

you'll get there, just stay determined . and if you don't, just look at baba and know that it was worth it :)

I understand I am trying to lose at least another 20 pounds by October so I have some more time, I have a 1 year old. I think what bbilliethecat said is a great idea. I know I need to drink more H2O but Idk why it is hard for me to do so.
