    Looking for new active contacts to help keep me motivated. I have been logging for nearly 70 days (after stopping for a couple years) and doing slow carbs 6 days a week with a massive cheat day since the beginning of the year. Also hit the gym 4-5 times a week too :sweat_smile:

    hey. I've used mfp before and did really well. but just recently started again and not finding the motivation so I'd like some more fitness pal friends for motivational reasons see what others are eating etc. I seem to be eating the same things.

    Heya! I'm not new to MFP, I lost some weight with it a few years ago, but due to changes in my life and whatsoever I gained some again and I recently got back on track.
