Hi there
I want to try to a food challenge, I have never done one before. I was thinking of doing a 10 k or 20 k calorie challenge. I would eat 10 or 20 thousands calories in 1 day.
I have seen many youtubers do so.
If I was to do the challenge how should I balance out the rest of the days and how much fat could I gain I currently eat 2400 calories and I am cutting

If you're eating 10000 calories you could gain about 2 lbs of actual fat, but that depends on all sorts of things.0

Why would you want to do that? How could you do that? No way could I eat anywhere near that much. You wouldn't have to worry about balancing out the rest of week because you'll exceed your weekly calorie allowance in that one day. My head hurts0

I'm sure a person could do it. But why?
If a person picked the super calorie dense stuff and timed it right, I'm sure 15K-20K isn't out of the question. But read up on what some of the competitive eaters endure before even thinking about it. I know I wouldn't want to feel on the verge of puking for days on end for a YouTube video.0 -

Iv got lots of food on mind. McDonald,KFC,pizza hut etc0 -
There's a few men I've known to eat that much and maintain 4% body fat. It's all about food choices.0
