Hello all you beautiful and handsome people out there. I created a profile on here four years ago and since deleting it, I've gone up 3 stone!! That's rather a lot to get rid of...

    I'm not one of the handsome or beautiful, but keep going with it. You will lose the weight, and we will all support you. Give you a verbal "kick in the *kitten*" from time to time, if you will....
