Help!!

99% of the time I say under my calorie goal but I'm noticing that my protein and fats are over at least twice a week. Is this a bad thing?

    I think of my proteins and fats as a minimum target. I try to exceed them, and remain under my calorie goal. It's been working really well.

    Nope. I always aim to be over my protein goal and try to meet my fat goal.

    nopee, protein will help you feel much more full in the long run
