Hi!
I started using the app and completely fell in love with it! I has helped me see what I need to improve on in-terms of what type of food I should switch to and all the ideas you can get for recipes and fitness workouts! It would be great to meet people with similar goals and be able to get any advise from anybody here!

    Hello.. Im a newbie... Ive had this app on my ipod touch for a while and have just used it really to keep track of cals used each day but have decided to try and use the whole package as im really struggling at the moment..

    Hi Emma,

    I'm new to this application as well, also like you feel in love with it, I have been struggling with my weight for a while now.
    Hang in there, be positive, track your meals, and im sure it will pay off in the end...
