    we are all different, what do you eat? what do u do in a day? I go hard 7 days a week, but lots of people do not.

    i workout everyday minimum 30 min cardio i lift 5 days a week.

    that. we can tell you what each of US does, but we may have different goals than you.

    i workout an hour a day, 5 days a week and that doesn't include an evening jog (which depends on temperature outside)
