What should I eat before bed? I'm very hungry - I'll be going to sleep in about an hour.

    I find a hot chocolate or similar is good before bed. It's filling, not a huge amount of calories and makes me sleepy.

    This was me last night, i couldnt sleep because i felt so hungry. To be fair, i couldve been thirsty, but I still had a large banana (130cals)

    For volume, the lowest calorie density food is greens. For a snack, a no-salt pickle has almost no calories. But, overall, alternate day fasting will shrink your stomach so you won't be hungry.

    Sometimes I will go to bed early in that situation, going to bed seems to turn off the desire to eat for me. Other times I will have an 80 calories greek yogurt which is pretty filling.

    An apple with peanut butter usually kills my sweet craving, while giving me that little bit of sustenance I require to fall asleep and not be hungry. Sometimes while losing weight we WILL go to bed hungry, but it's not necessary if you eat the right foods :)

    Start eating heavier meals. Just because you have a calorie limit didn't mean you have to eat skimpy. But you can eat smart

    I often pre log a bed time snack because if I go to bed hungry, hunger will wake me up in the middle of the night and the interrupted sleep will mess up my entire day. I like oatmeal and berries.
