Sometimes I will go to bed early in that situation, going to bed seems to turn off the desire to eat for me. Other times I will have an 80 calories greek yogurt which is pretty filling.0

apparently low fat yoghurt, also promotes a good sleep, helps next day0

An apple with peanut butter usually kills my sweet craving, while giving me that little bit of sustenance I require to fall asleep and not be hungry. Sometimes while losing weight we WILL go to bed hungry, but it's not necessary if you eat the right foods0

Start eating heavier meals. Just because you have a calorie limit didn't mean you have to eat skimpy. But you can eat smart0

I often pre log a bed time snack because if I go to bed hungry, hunger will wake me up in the middle of the night and the interrupted sleep will mess up my entire day. I like oatmeal and berries.0 -

Cottage cheese. 1/2 cup of lowfat cottage cheese is only 100 calories with lots of protein and little sugar. It's the perfect hit to keep you full.0
