PIYO

I am on week 6 of Piyo. Love it. I was wondering if anyone else is doing it and if so do you do any other workouts also? I have been recording it as yoga but is there a better way?

    I just got home from my PiYo class and can barely lift my fingers to type this reply! :wink: On my PiYo days I also do a minimum of 45 walking to get some extra cardio in. I sometimes count it as Yoga and sometimes count it as Pilates - the calorie burn is the same, though, so it doesn't matter. I too would love to know how other people count it, as I know I work harder in PiYo than I do in my yoga classes.

    I LOVE Piyo and I also alternate between T25 and walking. I never knew how to count piyo as a workout on here, so I am glad I read your post.
