I lost 50 in one year. Logged what I was eating in calories. Targeted 10 a clip. Ajusted calories accordingly. Eat a good breakfast light lunch normal diner. No second portions. Ajusted accordingly. Not hungry. Good luck.0 -

Hey, I've been on and off here for a while and am back again - I just need the extra accountability to keep me on track with my nighttime snacking, more than anything. My big focus is clean eating, portion control, and getting in a workout every morning.
