I am planning to weigh myself 2 times this week. Is it a realistic approach to do so or should I only weigh myself 1 time per week, same day, same time.

Weigh yourself however much you want to. That said, if you decide to be a daily weigher and get upset every time the scale doesn't move or if it moves up it might not be the best for you.0

Is 2 times a week a bad approach
It all depends on you. I'm a daily weigher. I weigh myself every single day and log it into an app called happy scale. It helps me to see my fluctuations and also shows me the downward trend of my weight going down.0 -

Once a day, personally, and I get my data from the weekly trend. I recently lost .2 pounds, according to Fitbit reports. Progress is progress and some is better than none, right?
I weigh naked, in the morning, before breakfast and after having used the restroom.0
