How do I add people are friends from community boards?

I can't figure out how I add people as friends from the community boards. It allows me to message them a d that's it. Thanks in advance

    Options
    Click on their picture and then click on their picture again in the new popup window. It will show you their "page" with the add as a friend button under send message button.
