I think I have a lack of energy or something. I mean I wake up at 6am and go to school and by the 2pm when I'm coming home I'm all sleepy and I give up my workout and everything, I'm just laying around. Any suggestions or solutions, please?

Are you male or female?
Did you get your calorie goal from MFP?
Do you know how many calories you're netting each day?0 -
hmmm 18 year old female but we don't know height and weight. And diary is closed, so we don't know food types. With that info I can only guess your getting poor sleep?????0

I'm 5.4 ft and 147 lbs, I go to bed at like 11pm or something like that0 -
How long have you had this lack of energy? Did it begin when you began counting calories and working out?
Did you make any other changes to your diet (like reducing caffeine)?0 -

No, it's like in this time of the year, no matter what I'm eating.
And no, I actually try to drink coffee to get more energy0 -
BMR=1432 without activity modifier, I am guessing student and not making solid workouts so 30% for calorie modifier (429cal)= 1861 to maintain weight and not drop. Rough calorie deficit of 61 per day....0

Exercising actually helps, honestly. And coffee. And maybe less carbs at lunch.0

I ran the stats too and the 1800 calories is basically to maintain her weight..
And who know what is going on in her life at 18, besides school (I assume last year high school?... I graduated when I was 17, soo..) boyfriend, job, money, parents, etc.. etc. etc...
A lot can go on in an 18 year old still growing with hormones and all that...
I need to understand more about her day to day situation but other than that, I say doctor visit (maybe even female doctor visit) and get some blood work done..
And besides the winter blues... cold and cloudy can way heavily on a lot of folks .. I know I need to see sunshine!0 -
are you getting your protein ? do you drink lots of water ? watch your sugar intake as well0

How many calories I should eat to lose weight? Because I calculate my calorie intake with my workouts included (Insanity- 40 minutes, 6 days/week) and it's like 1800, i think0 -

Teens need around 9 hours of sleep per night. I know that it is normal for teenagers' bodies to stay up late but it sounds like you need to go to bed earlier in order to handle the early wake time.0
