Hi everyone!!
It seems like we are pretty much all here for the same reason. With that we all need to be positive and encourage each other!! :) remember it's the little things that count! So take the stairs instead of the elevator, eat a sweet clementine or an apple with PB instead of a chocolate bar, and squeeze in time to do any type of exercise! Heck even when your watching tv! Rather than just sitting on the couch- get up and do some stretches or a wall sit during one commercial, sit ups until the show comes back on, anything! It's the little things people we got this!!!! :)
