stuck at a certain weight

Hey I have a quick question for you guys, I went to a place for weight loss help and with a restricted diet and some shots I actually lost 30 pounds and was really starting to feel great, well it was a month course and I didn't gain any weight back but I'm no longer losing any either, I'm about to give up, I've kept to the restricted diet and I also started working out on the elliptical and doing Pilates. I've been stuck at the same weight for two months now what do you do to get it going again??

Tighten up your logging. This may include verifying you're using the correct entries, using a food scale to weigh everything, and being mindful of how many exercise calories you burned/eat back.

Are you using a food scale to weigh all your solids? Measuring cups for liquids ? Are you picking the correct entry for for foods?
How many calories are you eating ? What are your stats ?
( you don't have to answer any of these. Just trying to get as much info as possible to give you the most accurate advice possible)

When this happens you need to change your diet up. In my experience, increasing my calories helped a lot. If you're not comfortable with that, have a cheat day to shock your metabolism every week or switch up your diet. Maybe cut carbs and increase protein :)

There really isn't enough scientific evidence to support your claims

Everyone under estimates what they eat and over estimates what they burn. Eat less, move more and the scale will move. Since you have lost 30 pounds (congrats!), your maintenance calories have gone down. It sounds to me like what you were doing before had you in a deficit and no you are not in that deficit anymore. Make a little tweak to eat less and move more and the scale will move!
