I cannot understand the mentality of breaking up via text. Totally a dick move. Obviously, it hurts, but seriously - there is no way that does anything but indicate how much better you are without such a *kitten*, and I am not saying that just to make you feel better.

    Happy Birthday...girl..

Texting sure has taken all the personal out breaking up in person or at least by phone.. IMHO he is a wuss.

Go out and cut loose on YOUR DAY...This is YOUR DAY and do not give him your power.

You know what, by experience, he is NOT the one and there is a lot BETTER one coming in your future!!!

Go Celebrate with your friends.. They want to be with you.. :):):)

Agreed! If he broke up with you in a text, he's totally not worth your time!

Does your gym have punching bags? Print out his picture, tape it the bag, and get a good workout kicking his stupid face! ;) And then have a great birthday without him. (Cake is dangerous if the whole thing is around, but maybe treat yourself to a nice cupcake instead?)

    First off, Happy Birthday!

Second off, OUCH. I don't think i'll ever understand why people do that. He obviously can't handle your awesomeness. It is clearly him, not you!

Hope your day has gotten better! :) Cheers to a fresh start.

Come over and let's watch some Golden Girls while eating ice cream and cuddling up with my 3 cats (my gf won't mind).

I vote boxing workout and THEN cake and rum, while celebrating your awesome luck in finding out what a dirtbag he is and not wasting another minute of your life on him.
