            July 2010 - November 2014. Progress was slow, as I was rehabiliting my shoulder after a road accident. No gym + junk food = fatty! Added derp face for bonus points (and because I felt sheepish in front of the camera!)

            I lost 60lbs last year and have 30 left to go. I have lost 10 since this photo but this is Christmas 2014 to Christmas 2015 - 234lbs to 174lbs.

            Here's mine...hope it shows. Started off at 324 and currently at 205. This has been since April 2013 so it didn't just fly off....took a bit of time. I wear my fit bit flex every day and I log into My Fitness Pal...everyday so I can continue to keep track of what I'm eating...that seems to help
