First week done!

week one of sticking to my calorie limits .... Down 3.8 pounds and was only expecting 2! Ate everything I wanted without going over my daily calorie intake. Very happy!

    I'm learning so much about nutrition, proper portion sizes and so on, I wish I'd known all this years ago. Keep up the good work!
