Fighting Cravings

On weekdays I have school so I eat on a schedule, but after school and on the weekends I find myself snacking. How can I fight the urge to eat more and eat more junk?

    eat 4 times daily, every 3 hours. your body needs to feel fed....but i completely understand how you feel...at work my co-workers always bring some amazing authentic and lovely meals that smell sooo good i almost wanna steal their lunch lol but eventually your body will get used to it

    When eating, make your meals with some protein and some fat added in. Protein and fat keeps you fuller longer, then snacking won't be necessary.
