      You lost that much in a year?? That's how much have to lose round about. I always thought that this journey would take me years to lose the weight, but as a teen/adult, I haven't lost more than 10-15 lbs at a time.

      I keep my food journals private. I've thought about making them public but I feel if I do I wouldn't log as accurate. If you have any questions though I wouldn't mind sharing through messages!

      I love how your smile got bigger as the pounds came off! The damaging bullying by kids in middle and high school is terrible. My daughter was bullied for the same reason and it just sends you down the slippery slope of more comfort eating and hiding in your room instead of joining the team and moving!!! Good for you for breaking out of that place and realizing that you need to be healthy to be the kind of mom you want to be! You will never regret the changes that you make for that reason!
