Mix low fat yogurt with a light hot chocolate sachet for an instant chocolate hit, quick and easy!

Mix frozen berries with fat free yogurt and some sweetner in the food processor for instant ice-cream.

I get sugar free jelly, the 8g sachet makes 500g of Jelly and I can eat the entire thing for 2.5 calories.

make a small angel food cake (already low in calories), cut it in half horizontally (to make two circles), poke a bunch of holes in them. Put the lower half in a leak-proof container, top with sliced bananas and sugar-free instant vanilla pudding, place the second half on top and pour more sugar-free pudding. Refrigerate for for a few hours and done! About 100 calories per slice depending on the slice.
