my hrm gives me three diffrent options for setting a heartrate zone..health..fat..and aerobic..which zone should i stay in?.. does it matter ? ive had it set at the aerobic zone where 127 is the lowest and 157 the highest... sometimes i go above that and i see myself at like 170...should i slow down or should i be staying in a fat burning zone 108-147 is what my hrm gives me

It depends on what you are looking to do. If you want to lose fat, stay in the fat burning zone. Looking for increasing your cardio or cardio training, then stick in the aerobic zone. Looking to maintain or low intensity, heart health is for you.0

I read in several places that it doesn't really matter if it's fat-burning or aerobic; it's calories in, calories out that matters.0

I kinda figure the more I do it the lower my heart rate will stay... since I started turbofire my heart rate is already coming down during workouts0
