Trying to stay motivated

Its been over 2 weeks I have been watching what I eat and walking. I have lost 1pound :( I have been trying to do 15 minutes on the treadmill each day. I have taken the last two days off with sore knees. Does anyone have any other exercise routines to suggest? How do you stay motivated? Thanks :0)

    Maybe try to not weigh your self. I have found weighing in weekly can be so hard. Try only weighing once a month
