Be careful, that's a huge loss in a very short period of time. You either stopped eating or you lost a lot of water/fluids :-)0

Mmmmmmmm intense Cardio without the proper water replenishment could cause that drop as well..0

Yeah I know I've been drinking 8-10 cups of water and eating 1000 calories everyday.0

You are only eating 1000 calories/ day? I would bump that up. You don't want to eat less than your BMR. Check out this calculator: http://www.iifym.com/bmr-calculator/

Congrats, 5-6 is not extreme, all depends on your diet. W/o a fat monitor like a Tanita its hard to know exactly what was loss but mainly wrestlers boxers drop excessive water weight in the 6 lb range... All that to say... Great job!0
