Push me to the gym :)

Ok so far I've lost 23kg in the last 6 months and my goal is to lose another 27kg to reach my goal weight by my birthday in September. I'm a procrastinator and need help being motivated to go to the gym every day....help me :)

    I know how hard that is. do you have to go every day? maybe if you really don't feel like it once and awhile you could take a nap or something. I know that my body needs rest more than it needs exercise sometimes. I don't know if that's the same for you. but yea, if you really need motivation to get there just get up get dressed and get down there then take a nice long bath or shower afterward as a reward. think of how good you'll feel afterward. good luck

    Unless you have a reason not to go, stop making it optional. Treat it like your job, unless there is a bloody good reason to not go, you just do it because you have to.
