high protein, high calorie, low fat, low carb

Hey!

So I'm having issues meeting my protein. Intake for the day but I'm close to everything else.

Are there any foods/recipes yall could recommend for me?

    I keep lots of hard boiled eggs around. I grab them and take them with me in the morning or any other time I'm on the run. They hold me over through lunch most days and are high protein. I don't eat the yolks so they're low fat.

    I also make quiche and take in the morning for a change, there are lots of lighter quiche recipes out there.

    Protein shake in the morning usually helps me out. Cottage cheese is also a good snack (if thats your thing).
