    Just imagine, you lost more than your daughter probably weighs. If carrying her now is difficult, imagine the stress you were putting on yourself then. You were "carrying" your daughter 24/7, no wonder you didn't have any energy!

    I look at myself and know that I'm carrying over 100 lbs of excess weight, and I'm amazed at how good dropping just 13 lbs feels. I'm excited to think of the energy I will have when I get close to my goal.
