Hey I'm Sam I'm 18 I'm 6'1" and 246lbs I am 28% body fat and I'm trying to drop so I can go into the military and on top of that I'm a firefighter so it's extremely important to be fit, not only that but feel better and look better. Looking for support and active friends.

    Hi Sam we all need that support I started last week and lost 4 1/2lbs in my first week. I'm really pleased with that I calorie count and saw this app and decided to join. Hope you have a great weight loss
