Back again

Sometime last year I got lax with counting calories and then I broke my foot. After that I put on way too much weight. Last year I was as low at 207 and by December 1st, I had hit 248. Foot finally healed so I could begin running again in December and I got serious on the diet. I'm down 17 pounds since before Christmas. Primarily due to cutting out soft drinks, limiting sugar and exercising almost everyday!

Glad to be back!
