Uhm anything? Depends on your macros. I think you need around 2000. If you dont have ed, then fat.gain during bulk wont make you give up. Good luck. Eat more, lift weights, or do push ups etc. Stay healthy and positive0

Eat more calories than you expend so yea about 2000 calories.
Eat nutrient-dense, calorie-rich food. Like Rice and nuts.
Increase dietary fat intake.
Add a weight-gainer supplement.
Thank you google.0 -

actually, during a bulk you want to get about half of your calories from carbs and then fat should be about .45 grams per pound of body weight and protein at .6 to .85 grams per pound of body weight.0 -
protein drinks and don't excerise0

Ensure plus is suppose to help maintain or gain weight depending on how many you drink. Eat more throughout the day, that way you're taking in more calories and then drink one of these after you've ate. I'd drink about 2 per day. Its a little pricey though, so I'd go for the "Equate plus" the Walmart brand. It's just as good, same ingredients, 350 calories, but cheaper.0

if you just eat in a surplus with zero activity you are going to gain fat ….does not matter if you consume a boatload of protein or not ...0
