I love avocados too! they are like a perfect food. I usually just chop them up and put them in salad or mash them and put them in tacos or burritos. how do you use them?0

Besides making guac! They are vital for my cooking, whenever a stew, rice, meat has low flavor or too much of it; I chop some avocado, lemon juice and chopped onion. Fixes every food.0

One of my favourite things is grilled chicken salad with avocado, lettuce, bell peppers and peach slices. Another favourite if I want a quick lunch is to chop half an avocado into some chicken noodle soup.0

I love avocado too! I put it on sandwiches, on burgers, in salads, on tacos, on toast with a little chili garlic sauce. I love using it in chicken salad instead of mayo saltedpaleo.com/2012/11/avacado-chicken-salad-scd-paleo.html . I love skinnytaste's tuna ceviche skinnytaste.com/2014/04/canned-tuna-ceviche.html. You can use it to make a killer potato salad with a little bacon. I love Mexican Shrimp Cocktails. It is delicious with tomato and mango. Here are some of my favorites.
