Just Made a Great Chicken Salad

Hi All!!

I am new to the boards, but would like to share a recipe that I just created and tasted wonderful. I used the following:

1 (4.5 oz) can Swanson Chicken Breast, drained
2 Tbsp. Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil
2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1 tsp. Horse Radish Sauce
Salt and Pepper to Taste

The total calories were 238 and it made a perfect sandwich. I used Brownberry 12 grain bread and toasted it (not in the calorie count above). It was very filling and tasty.

Thought it would be fun to try something different.

    I made a yummy one today:
    Honey Mustard Chicken Salad
    8 oz shredded chicken breast
    1 tbsp light mayo
    1.5 tbsp honey
    1 tbsp dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
    a little garlic powder & paprika to taste
    1/4 cup dried cranberries
    2 stalks celery chopped

    210 calories/serving (3 servings in recipe)

    I served in a pita (additional calories).
