Hey mojo, I've done insanity and realistically you do need to be active as it can be a baptism of fire otherwise, having said that, I see it that you do what you can and build it up (maybe)0

Hey! I have a sporting background, and I'm also injured! Despite not going through a great period (not being able to play and train in my sport makes me grouchy) I'm trying to lose the weight I've put on since injury and rehab, at last0

Hey Anna thanks for touching base, it would he good to talk sports/sports injuries with you and yes the biggest issue of inactivity is weight gain0

My story goes back quite a way 50, I was 17st 4 at my heaviest, I carried it quite well, you can see a then and now pic on my page, i used to work out but it was really a case of work/life balance and simply eating the wrong kind of foods at the wrong times, evening etc, bag of chips, and one day I was like, ok, time to make some changes, until recently I don't compare a then and now pic, it was only when I did that I realised what I'd actually achieved and the difference in how I looked ultimately feeling better in myself is the most satisfying of course.0

Feel free to add me (SW based). Already lost 20lb, looking to lose another 30 or so and keeping it off. But ultimately I just want to be fit and healthy, have an active lifestyle etc.0

I am in London and happy if you would like to connect. I was Insanity cardio fit 3 months ago, fell off the wagon in November 2015 and started eating cake over Xmas Luckily, the weight is off now but fitness for my new goal is paramount!
Now I have a goal to be part of a team doing an Ultra marathon in 2017. Having crewed one in the past, I am under no illusion on how hard it is going to be. So I need to be motivated and super fit.
Wanna help each other succeed??
Happy for others to connect too. I try to be motivational and we can all do with more support in life
