Need help setting macros, calories, etc.

This week I'm going grocery shopping and want to meal plan. I have a lot of weight to loose. My current weight is 250. I plan to work out 30 minutes a day seven days a week. But I sit all day for my job. Should I choose lightly active, sedentary, or active? Also, I am curious if I should adjust the default macro settings in MFP. Any suggestions are welcome.
