Eat your water?

I was reading All You Magazine and they had the following information from Patrick Holford, author of The New Optimum Nutrition Bible. It is about water content in foods. If you have trouble drinking your water, maybe some high water content foods will help. (Obviously, you still need to drink your water, I just found this interesting.)
Food that are:
More than 85% Water
Peaches, Pineapples, Oranges and Apricots
More than 90% Water
Strawberries, Watermelon and Grapefruit
More than 94% Water
Lettuce, Zucchini and other green vegetables
YUM! Let's get eating!
