Starting my lean bulk in febuary and need a couple of easy diet plans . Can anyone give me a link or something?

    Eat 250-500 kcals over maintenance. Decrease if gaining more than a lb per week.

    Whatever your target weight...increase your protein grams to that amount. If you want to be 220lbs, consume 220 grams of protein daily

    Aim to get 80-90% of your diet from high quality proteins, carbs and healthy fats, and then the other 10-20% can come from whatever food you like as long as it fits into your daiy calorie/macronutrient totals.

    get adequate nutrition i.e. vegetables, fruits, chicken, rice…

    once you have met micro and macro goals fill in with ice cream, oreos, bagels, etc….
